Once a customer initiates deletion of their account, their account and data will be permanently deleted, and only basic transaction data will be retained by OverseasTopUp where required for internal and legal purposes only.
After I request the deletion of my account, can I sign up again?
Where a user requests the deletion of their OverseasTopUp account and their data, they will need to sign up again with a different email address as their original account will be deleted and blocked by our platform for security purposes.
How do we protect your information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
Distribution of information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation.
