Account & Registration
Once you have registered and become a member of the website, you will receive an email including an activation link for you to confirm your account. You are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your account (e-mail & password) including unauthorised use of your credit card of any other cards. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. If you forget or lose your password, you should request a new password by clicking on "Retrieve Password" into the login page. You also agree that you will only register in your own name. Each account must be used by a single user and it is not transferable.
Refund & Cancellation policy
As we sell non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the airtime or pin number is delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our website.
How do I delete my account and related data?
The OverseasTopUp website and mobile application allows users to initiate the deletion of their account and their data. Once a customer initiates deletion of their account, their account and data will be permanently deleted, and only basic transaction data will be retained by OverseasTopUp where required for internal and legal purposes only.
After I request the deletion of my account, can I sign up again?
Where a user requests the deletion of their OverseasTopUp account and their data, they will need to sign up again with a different email address as their original account will be deleted and blocked by our platform for security purposes.
Debit/Credit Card Security
We do not keep records of credit card details. Credit cards are processed by a third party secured payment gateway. We can ask identity proof to verify the rightful owner of the credit card like scanned copy (or photograph by a digital camera) of Driving License, Identification Card, last hardcopy of Credit Card statement, Passport etc. If asked for kindly provide one of the above as it is for the security of the card holder. (This is only one-time process; the customer will not require going through the identification process for the next transfers).
Credit/Debit Card fraud
Credit/Debit card fraud is a criminal offence. We at Overseastopup.com use automated and manual systems to confirm proper credit/debit card authorisation, including having Overseastopup.com representatives contact persons who have signed up for Overseastopup.com services. We also track every transaction. Information related to fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to IP addresses, detailed transaction records and email addresses are collected. The information will be to appropriate law enforcement officials consistent with applicable law when required to assist in prosecution of any persons attempting to commit fraud on the Overseastopup.com website.
Making payments with paysafecard at Overseastopup.com
The customer can use my paysafecard account to make payments with paysafecard method up to the amount of the current my paysafecard account balance. The terms and conditions of the Overseastopup.com website for accepting payments via my paysafecard account shall apply. Sochitel UK Ltd has fair use restrictions policies in line with regulatory requirements on International airtime transfer services.
Payment transaction process with paysafecard: customers can start a payment transaction at Overseastopup.com by selecting the payment with the paysafecard option. The paysafecard payment window, which shows the payment data, will be opened. Customers then authorise the payment transaction by entering their paysafecard account user name and password in the payment window (payment order). After authorisation, the payment order will be deemed to have been received. Paysafecard will process the payment order immediately upon receipt, which means that customers cannot cancel the order once it has been authorised. In no event will a refund be given after the payment has been confirmed by customers and finally the paysafecard payment processor has been authorised.
Online dispute resolution for consumers
The consumer who is resident in the European Union can use the online platform for alternative dispute resolution established by the European Commission. The online platform can be used to resolve consumer disputes linked to cross-border e-commerce transactions out-of-court. The platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Promotions & Special offers
UK Promotions & Offers on Pin products are run exclusively by and on behalf of Sochitel UK Ltd. Only Sochitel UK TOP-UP PIN customers can participate in or win the prizes attached to these promotions. Winners are picked randomly and entirely at the discretion of Sochitel UK Ltd. Sochitel UK Ltd reserves the right to alter or change the terms and conditions of its promotions, raffles or special offers at any time without advising customers or participants.
Force Majeure
Overseastopup.com shall not be liable or in breach of its obligations under this agreement if there is any total or partial failure of performance of its duties and obligations caused by any act of God, fire, act of government or state or other third party, war, civil commotion, insurrection, embargo, inability to communicate with third parties for whatever reason, failure of any computer or network or settlement system, failure of or delay in any mobile phone network, prevention for or hindrance in obtaining any airtime, energy or other supplies, labour disputes of whatever nature, late or mistaken payment by an agent or any other reason beyond Overseastopup.com control.
